BLACK CREED proudly launches its signature monthly virtual training series, CREED Foundations, designed to build core commercial real estate knowledge and confidence. Our first four-week session, “Evaluating a Deal,” guides participants through the real estate consultancy process — from concept to completion.


Week 1

Proof of Concept: Assessment & Discovery

Learn how to evaluate the viability of a commercial real estate opportunity. We’ll explore how to identify market gaps, assess property potential, and define the project concept.
